About the team :

Technology Strategy & Transformation Team supports clients during development of IT strategy and international M&A transactions from the IT and technology perspective. We specialize in preparing (M&A) strategy, operating models, conducting due diligence, carve-out, post-merger integration. Our advisory covers technological areas, such as analysis and improvement of current IT strategy, assessment of the capabilities for available applications and IT infrastructure (integrations and scalability), review and improvement of internal IT processes, increasing the level of cyber security, and regulatory compliance. We advise the largest players in the market, which gives you a very wide opportunity for personal development and the possibility to gain deep IT knowledge.

• Polish - native / C2 level,
• English - at least C1 level,
• other EU languages will be an advantage (esp. German).
• 8+ years of professional experience for Manager, preferably within IT consulting environment (Big4, MBB, other top consulting companies) or technology driven companies.
• You can act as Subject Matter Expert for at least 2-3 IT topic - show us where is your expertise.
• Good understanding of IT financials (OPEX, CAPEX, budgeting process)
• You have number of professional certificates (project management, process management, cloud, security, other IT-related).
