- You will be part of our Global Career Starter Program
- You benefit from an 18-month trainee program that is tailored to your personal needs
- You are involved in international and challenging project assignments (also a few weeks' assignment abroad at one of our locations worldwide) in various positions in the IT department
- You will also gain insights into other departments and complete at least one stay abroad
- You will get to know our business areas from different perspectives
- As a member of the trainee community, you will use a wide range of training opportunities, participate in networking events and build up your personal network in the long term
