To further our mechanical capability on Infrastructure projects, we are looking for a WWT Lead to join us. Your primary task will be responsible for leading the team in developing cutting-edge solutions for the water Industry. This role requires a deep understanding of engineering principles, design methodologies, and industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing design through feasibility, outline and detail, fostering innovation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Your key responsibilities will be :

• Lead and mentor the design team, promoting collaboration, innovation, and continuous growth.
• Oversee end-to-end design delivery, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely execution.
• Drive recruitment efforts for the WWT team and support professional development.
• Plan and manage design outputs in coordination with the MEP team and wider stakeholders.
• Ensure technical excellence, using relevant tools and meeting UK / international standards.
• Build client relationships and guide junior team members through hands-on mentorship.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and engage external partners to align on design goals.
• Support business development by contributing to proposals, presentations, and demos.
