Client Lifecycle Specialist with Italian Your role

At UBS WM Front Support Organization in Wroclaw we ensure the exceptional on-boarding experience for the new clients. Our team apanies Client Advisors and their customers by maintaining the client relationships up-to-date and reflecting the necessary changes to make sure that together, we meet their investment needs.

Core Client Lifecycle Management processes include :

  • Management of client documentation and processing of on-boarding, off-boarding and maintenance requests
  • Checkingpleteness and consistency of received documentation
  • Maintenance and enrichment of client data information in internal systems
  • Updating client data
  • Ensuring that received documents are in line with application form information andply with all UBS and regulatory guidelines
