Your responsibilities
- Monitoring and interpreting regulatory changes that impact FIS operations in products, services and business activities.
- Leading the development and implementation of compliance policies, standards, and procedures.
- Conducting compliance assessments and risk evaluations across business units.
- Collaborating with legal, risk, and business teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
- Providing strategic guidance on regulatory matters and compliance best practices.
- Designing and executing compliance training programs to enhance awareness.
- Managing compliance-related communications and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Acting as a liaison with regulatory bodies and supporting responses to inquiries or audits.
- Leading and mentoring compliance staff, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Participating in strategic planning and contributing to enterprise-wide compliance initiatives.
Our requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, or a related field (or equivalent experience).High proficiency in spoken English and ability to communicate ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.Extensive experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in the financial services or fintech sector.Strong knowledge of regulatory areas such as banking laws, AML, or anti-corruption.Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and influence stakeholders.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience in developing and executing compliance monitoring programs.Ability to work independently on complex projects with minimal supervision.High ethical standards and a commitment to integrity and transparency.What we offer

About the role :
As a Senior Compliance Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring that FIS products, services, and business activities comply with applicable laws and regulations in the EMEA region. You will oversee the development and execution of compliance strategies, policies, and programs, while also serving as a key advisor to business units and senior leadership. This role requires a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to influence and guide teams across the organization.
