We are looking for a  seasoned HR Project Manager  with a strong background in coordinating and delivering  HR-related initiatives  in complex, international environments. This position combines  structured project delivery ,  strategic process coordination , and  excellent stakeholder communication , with a particular focus on  regional and global HR operations .

Requirements

YOU WILL

  • Manage a variety of  HR projects  from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with  regional HR teams  and  global stakeholders  to harmonize internal processes across geographies.
  • Lead the development of project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk management strategies.
  • Identify cross-functional dependencies and optimize workflows between global and local HR structures.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain high-quality project documentation.
  • Track project KPIs, report on progress, and proactively address challenges to maintain project momentum.

YOU NEED

  • Minimum  5 years of experience  in project management, ideally within the  HR domain .
  • Proven experience managing  cross-regional or global projects  involving process coordination and implementation.
  • Solid understanding of  HR operations and workflows  (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, performance, learning, employee lifecycle).
  • Recognized  project management certification  (e.g., PMP, Prince2, SAFe).
  • Strong  organizational ,  analytical , and  methodical  approach to project delivery.
  • Excellent interpersonal and  communication skills , with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluent in English ; additional languages is a must.
  • Nice to Have

  • Experience working with  global HRIS platforms  (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM).
  • Familiarity with  change enablement  and communication strategies in HR transformation initiatives.
  • Exposure to  Shared Services ,  Global Business Services (GBS) , or  Centers of Excellence (CoE)  structures.
