All about the role

As a Recruitment Operations Team Leader, you will be responsible for designing and executing efficient, high-volume recruitment processes that support the rapid growth of our business. While not managing directly, you will play a key role in guiding and influencing a team of driver recruiters—providing strategic direction and continuous support to improve recruitment workflows and candidate communication.

Working as part of a shared service center, you’ll collaborate closely with country team leaders to ensure daily operations run smoothly. You will also be actively involved in the leadership, engagement, and development of the recruitment team, helping to drive performance and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Be :

  • Liaise with the internal and external stakeholders;
  • Steer and manage the team to reach the recruitment targets;
  • Oversee the performance of recruitment agencies, managing them to meet the KPIs and SLAs;
  • Translate recruitment needs to the recruitment marketing team and discussing feasibility with them as well as hiring managers;
  • Take ownership for the recruitment processes and continuously improving processes;
  • Keep contact with your international peers to share best practices

Can you deliver…

Here are the skills and experience we’re looking for :

  • Experience leading and coaching a team and steering on KPIs;
  • At least 2 years' of experience in a volume recruitment team;
  • Fluency in Polish and English
  • Ability to motivate and develop your team members;
  • Strong analytical skills, proven track record of reporting and having used data to improve workflow;
  • Excellent stakeholder-management skills, internally and externally;
