What you do

In this role, you will take full ownership of building and scaling TrueLab's sales function. You will lead, mentor, and grow a team of Account Executives, set up efficient processes, and directly drive revenue growth. Your focus will be on acquiring new clients, expanding to new markets, optimizing sales pipelines, and closing strategic deals, while ensuring long-term client satisfaction and collaboration across marketing, product, and operations.

What you know

To shine in this role, you bring :

  • 5+ years in B2B sales and business development (Gambling or IT sector), including 2+ years in leadership.
  • Proven record of driving consistent revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales management.
  • Fluent English and Russian.
  • Experience in iGaming is ideal, IT B2B2C is also relevant.
