We are seeking a technically skilled Systems and DevOps (Software) Engineer for our EMEA Software, Solutions, and Services team. The role is based primarily in Katowice, Poland , with options for Prague or Ostrava, Czech Republic. You will work in a small, agile team providing technical support and service delivery to customers across Europe and globally.

Responsibilities include :

• Providing technical expertise during project implementation, including defining scope, creating test plans, and customizing solutions.
• Executing deployment of software solutions and ensuring interface integration.
• Performing system tests and supporting customer use cases.
• Troubleshooting system and interface issues, reporting through SNOW.
• Developing technical descriptions and supporting the handover process.
• Providing Level 2 customer support, resolving problems, and escalating as needed.
• Conducting root-cause analysis, providing workarounds, and creating knowledge articles.
• Supporting post-rollout services and representing the company professionally.
