Senior Financial Controller

Recruitment for
our client, an international organization, we are looking for an experienced and proactive individual to join the team in Poland as a Senior Financial Controller / Controlling Coordinator.
Your responsibilities
- Prepare detailed financial reports, including key performance indicators and improvement areas.
- Analyze financial results vs. budget and forecasts; provide actionable recommendations.
- Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Coordinate the budgeting process, monitor execution, and analyze variances.
- Develop and update financial forecasts.
- Act as a business partner to operational departments, providing financial insights.
- Build financial models, conduct profitability analyses, and evaluate project feasibility.
- Lead a 2-person finance team.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Analyze profitability by product, customer, and business unit.
- Collaborate with internal audit to ensure compliance and control.
- Oversee inventory-related financial processes and optimize stock-related costs.
- Monitor receivables and ensure timely collections.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic and investment initiatives.
Employer requirements
University degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.ACCA / CIMA qualifications are a strong asset.Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and tax regulations.Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.Proficiency in financial modeling and profitability analysis.Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets.Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.What employer offers
