Key Responsibilities

• Participation in IT projects (architecture, configuration) and analysis and creation of business requirements specifications; workshops (CSI, MCI).
• Participation in presales processes.
• Adoption projects to M365 (webinars, instructions, educational websites).
• Collaboration with delivery, presales and business team.
