We are a team focused on building high-performance, user-oriented digital solutions. Our projects span B2C SaaS, and service-based businesses where conversion rates are critical. We're looking for a data-driven specialist who can turn insights into actions and improve performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior across websites and digital products (using tools like Google Analytics, Clarity, etc.).
• Plan, run, and evaluate A / B tests; develop and implement data-backed hypotheses to improve conversion rates.
• Optimize the sales funnel — from the first click to purchase or lead submission.
• Create and interpret KPI reports (CTR, CVR, Bounce Rate, LTV, and others).
• Collaborate closely with UX / UI designers, marketers, and developers.
• Use analytics to build and continuously refine CRO strategies.
