Senior Product Manager – Digital Media Platform

We’re a global technology and digital marketing company with over a decade of experience. Headquartered in San Diego, California, with offices in Miami (FL), Warsaw (Poland), and Kyiv (Ukraine).

Our core strengths include Digital Marketing (media buying, affiliate partnerships, campaign operations) and Software Development. We’ve partnered with leading U. S. direct-response brands, including Bill O’Reilly, Newt Gingrich, and many others.

Beyond client work, we’re developing in-house SaaS and automation platforms that help marketers scale efficiently and perform at their best. Our tech stack includes React. js, Node. js, Elixir, Kubernetes, CI / CD, PostgreSQL, Clickhouse, BigQuery, and even our self-hosted GenAI infrastructure.

We’re also building a portfolio of in-house SaaS and media products that empower marketers and audiences to scale smarter and faster.

Your Role

We’re seeking a senior, high-impact Product Manager to take full ownership of our modern digital media platform – a fast-growing brand with substantial revenue, a loyal readership, and massive expansion potential.

We already have the foundation, audience, and a unique “cheat code” for subscriber growth that no competitor can match. Now we need someone exceptional to turn it into a habit-forming daily media product people can’t start their day without.

What You’ll Do

• Own the entire product lifecycle – from vision and strategy to execution and iteration.
• Use data and insights to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Analyze product performance to find growth levers and eliminate drop-offs.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and editorial to deliver impactful improvements.
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap with a focus on growth loops, retention, and monetization.
• Communicate directly with the CEO through daily updates and strategic sessions.
• Build systems that create habit, community, and viral growth (referrals, feedback loops).
• Over time, assemble and lead a small, cross‑functional product team.
