Experience : 5+ years of proven experience running multiple software projects in all stages of life-cycle.

Communication : Excellent English communication skills (min. C1) enabling free communication in writing and in speaking, and a collaborative spirit. The Polish language is mandatory (min. C1). Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in using technical terminology. Knowledge of modern software project management techniques.

Business Acumen : Strong business acumen, with experience in managing clients and their needs.

Data-Driven Approach : Knowledge of Cloud / SAAS / AI / Big Data / Azure Dev Ops.

International Client Collaboration : Experience working directly with international clients

Software House Background : Previous experience in a software house or similar dynamic IT environment

Multitasking : Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Relationship Building : Strong ability to build lasting relationships.

Assertiveness : Demonstrated assertiveness in managing project scope and expectations.

Nice to have :

Business analysis related experience.

Azure Dev Ops experience.

Software development background.
