Now, we"re looking for proactive HR Assistant to support our HR Business Partner in daily activities related to personal administration and people operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take their first steps in HR, gain hands-on experience, and potentially grow into a full-time role in the future.

What you'll do :

Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
Participate in the digitalization of employee records and files
Assist in planning and organizing focus group sessions
Support & assist initiatives aimed at improving employee experience
Provide general office and administrative support
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support ongoing HR projects

Who we're looking for :

A committed, organized, and curious individual who's passionate about HR

Someone eager to learn and grow, with a “can-do” attitude

Interested in gaining practical experience across multiple areas of people operations

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Fluent in Polish and comfortable using English in a business environment

What we offer :

Contract of mandate with an hourly rate

Approx. 20 hours per week , with flexible scheduling

Work in a dynamic, international environment

Hybrid model : work primarily from the office with the option for partial remote work

Opportunity to join Zoovu full-time starting in the new year, based on performance and business needs
