your tasks

Organizing and leading team meetings focused on hardware-related organizational matters, sharing knowledge, and brainstorming improvement ideas

Performing as a member of the Global Drives Community (defining trends, developing roadmaps and introducing tools / processes / etc.);

Acting as the team's representative in interactions with other company departments;

Developing and coordinating an international application team (

Building strong working relationships with staff to ensure the team is motivated, developed, and well-supported;

Utilizing your technological expertise to assist the Sales department with project and product quotations;

Making decisions on technical challenges in both customer and internal projects;

what we expect

At least 5 years hands-on experience in the power electronics design;

Minimum 2 years of experience on similar position;

Experience in Power Supply, Motor Control, EMC, CE Certification, and Functional Safety.

Well-developed management, leadership, team working and interpersonal skills;

Academic background with a preferred degree in power electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field;

Oriented on customer needs and driven by finding effective solutions;

Openness to domestic and international travel.

Excellent communication, very good written and spoken English;

Skilled in coordinating multiple tasks and establishing team priorities.

Strong understanding of product development processes including stage gate and agile methodologies, as well as the process of introducing products to mass production;
