Job description

Ensure all applications are approved by the Security team and comply with relevant standards and policies.

Collaborate with IT teams and business units to understand needs and deliver application solutions.

Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on specific applications.

Engage with internal customers to identify and implement appropriate technologies for business projects.

Act as the main contact for license-related technical and administrative inquiries.

Maintain an up-to-date inventory of applications, licenses, and renewal schedules.

Manage configuration changes and administer software asset management tools, including integration with ServiceNow.

Handle procurement processes (e.g., RFX), application-related invoicing, and accurate cost allocation.

Track and report software usage and costs, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimisation.

Coordinate with external vendors for support, updates, and escalate technical issues when needed.

3 or more years in IT and Systems engineering or systems administration
Excellent problem-solving and troobleshooting skills.
Experience in managing License administration with relevant management tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with several License frameworks, e.g. Microsoft agreements etc
