Your role is to lead and optimize transportation operations across the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region. This role is responsible for developing and executing transportation strategies, managing carrier relationships, ensuring compliance with regional regulations, and driving continuous improvement in service and cost efficiency. The successful candidate will align transportation operations with broader Logistics goals in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitors carriers performance and service levels for all product categories distributed locally, reporting deviations to agreed SLAs and leading corrective actions for under-performance.
• Tracks and reports service and quality performances and claims.
• Acts as a single point interface for internal and external customers, developing and improving transportation methods to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Owns the local transportation cost budget. Performs cost analysis on transportation expenses and recommends modifications to meet industry best practices, in cooperation with the logistics sourcing department.
