Hey there, we are currently looking for a Danish, Finnish, Norwegian and Swedish speaking Customer Advisor Specialists to join our exciting project in the Television and Entertainment industry. Key Responsibilities :
- Provide customer support for a leading streaming company.
- Handle inquiries related to contracts, billing, and technical issues.
- Assist both B2B and B2C clients as first and second-line support.
- Process customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Conduct outbound calls for administrative tasks such as feedback collection or payment reminders.
Requirements :
Fluency in Danish or Finnish or Norwegian or Swedish, and English at no less than B2 level.At least 6 months of experience in customer service.Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset.Basic administrative and technical knowledge.Availability to work 5 days a week in rotating shifts (Mon-Fri : 9 : 00 - 19 : 00, Weekends : 10 : 00 - 16 : 00).
