Job description

Hey there, we are currently looking for a Danish, Finnish, Norwegian and Swedish speaking Customer Advisor Specialists to join our exciting project in the Television and Entertainment industry. This is a full-time, office-based position in Warsaw, starting mid-April . Warsaw is a vibrant and culturally rich city that offers numerous opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Location : Warsaw (no remote or hybrid work options)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer support for a leading streaming company.
  • Handle inquiries related to contracts, billing, and technical issues.
  • Assist both B2B and B2C clients as first and second-line support.
  • Process customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Conduct outbound calls for administrative tasks such as feedback collection or payment reminders.

Requirements :

  • Fluency in Danish or Finnish or Norwegian or Swedish, and English at no less than B2 level.
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset.
  • Basic administrative and technical knowledge.
  • Availability to work 5 days a week in rotating shifts (Mon-Fri : 9 : 00 - 19 : 00, Weekends : 10 : 00 - 16 : 00).
