Senior Employment Associate

Miejsce pracy : Warszawa

Your responsibilities

  • providing legal advice to foreign and domestic entities on a vast spectrum of employment matters;
  • preparing legal documentation, drafting agreements, policies and regulations;
  • supporting clients in consultations with employees, as well as in relations with trade unions and works councils;
  • assisting clients in the process of preparing and implementing remuneration schemes;
  • advising foreign entities on the process of posting employees to work in Poland;
  • representing clients in labor disputes.

Our requirements

  • The candidate should have :
  • graduated in law and completed bar training (advocate or attorney-at-law);
  • 2 – 3+ years of experience and a strong interest in the areas of employment law and corporate law;
  • a very good command of both written and spoken Polish and English (knowledge of German would be a valuable addition);
  • strong communication and analytical skills, as well as evidencing both logical thinking and attention to detail.
