Principal AI Engineer (Senior Technical Leader, Execution-Focused)

Role Overview

Principal AI Engineer is a leadership position. You will lead the execution of our AI initiatives, managing day-to-day development while being highly hands-on in research, engineering, and deployment . You’ll ensure that our AI models are not only cutting-edge but also production-ready, scalable, and deeply integrated into the product experience.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-On Development : Lead design, training, and optimization of ML models .

Execution & Delivery : Translate strategic goals into actionable technical milestones and deliver AI features to production.

System Integration : Collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed AI models.

Experimentation & Evaluation : Establish rigorous evaluation metrics.

Team Leadership : Mentor and grow a world-class team of AI researchers and ML engineers.

Operational Rigor : Own infrastructure for training, deployment, and monitoring.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Deep Learning (LLMs / Generative AI).

Experience training diffusion or flow-based models is a strong plus.

Additional advantages include :

Experience with distributed training of large-scale models (multi-node / 128+ GPUs).

Hands-on model architecture design.

Team leadership experience (small research or engineering teams).

Publications at top-tier ML conferences are a significant advantage.
