About the Project

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead a support operations team for client software platforms built on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . This role requires a blend of technical understanding, leadership, and a strong focus on operational excellence to ensure high-quality L1 / L2 support services. The role is especially focused on High-Performance Computing (HPC) environments and offers the chance to make an impact in a dynamic and fast-paced consulting setting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate support operations for cloud-based platforms, with a focus on HPC workloads.

Drive continuous service improvements using metrics and structured methodologies.

Oversee L1 / L2 support processes and ensure alignment with ITIL or similar frameworks.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including those based in the US.

Must-Have Skills

Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) or comparable experience.

Cloud certification (GCP preferred, AWS or Azure also acceptable).

Hands-on experience with HPC in cloud environments , particularly GCP.

Understanding of containerized HPC workloads and orchestration tools.

Familiarity with scientific computing stacks and libraries.

Experience implementing or managing ITIL-based service management.

Background in data science, machine learning, or HPC is a strong advantage.

Previous experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industries is a plus.

Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows and administration.

Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma , or other continuous improvement methodologies.

Understanding of infrastructure as code and automation in HPC contexts.

Availability to collaborate with a US-based team at least 3 days a week from 15 : 00–19 : 00 CET .

Languages

English : Minimum B2 level , ideally C1 / C2 .
