About the Team

The department looks after global ZF Aftermarket Passenger Car activities towards workshop engagement (Loyalty Program, Training, workshop visits and technical support).

What you can look forward to as Workshop Strategy & Concept Development Expert

Manage projects to design & deploy global Network & Workshop concepts with the ambition to support the strategic business goals of Division B;

Further enhance existing and develop new workshop concepts and specific modules to expand market reach and enable additional pull effect;

Prepare workshop concepts for international roll-out, define guidelines and KPIs to support a successful deployment of the concepts;

Market observation of global offers for service workshop concepts among all relevant market players (distributors, parts supplier, associations etc.);

Define preconditions & requirements for including industry partners;

Prepare framework conditions and rules to ensure deployment of consistent brand & customer experience across all members in all regions;

Define setup, resources and budget plan to implement and execute concept and great corresponding BC;

Define a global roll out plan in cooperation with regions & BLs and global Marketing.

Your Profile as Workshop Strategy & Concept Development Expert

Strong experience and thought leadership in IWS network or loyalty programs;

Customer-centric attitude based on outside-in perspective and strong knowledge of market and customers, especially workshops / fleets;

Workshop concept / network management experience (directly with workshops, or from a distributor, fleet or insurance perspective);

High influencing and impacting skills & ability to manage IWS & Network teams and concepts
