We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Events Manager to join our team, focusing on the aesthetics sector. This role involves creating, developing, and implementing educational and training programs for aesthetics distributors, managing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), and supporting market activities.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Create, develop, and implement education and training tools and programs for aesthetics distributors in the region
  • Identify, build relationships with, develop, and manage Cluster Faculty and Local Mentor Trainers (LMTs) to achieve business objectives
  • Implement globally planned activities in collaboration with the global education and commercial teams
  • Prepare and implement annual educational marketing plans, considering marketing strategy, product positioning, and business objectives
  • Maintain accountability for the variable marketing budget spend
  • Communicate training and education plans to internal stakeholders on a monthly basis
  • Maintain accessible training and education plans and tracking documents
  • Select and brief faculty for key cluster events, ensuring all SOPs and administrative / regulatory tasks are completed
  • Assure that local training events organized by the distributor team meet high standards and SOPs

Key Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of HCP education or other event management
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines
  • Self-discipline to track tasks and costs on a monthly basis
  • Effective decision-making and judgment
  • Ability to portray the image of a Galderma ambassador to both internal and external customers
