CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a Senior Engineer to work on
- Cyberpunk 2
- , the follow‑up to Cyberpunk 2077. In this role you will help develop streaming solutions and optimizations so designers and artists can deliver on the game’s vision.
Daily Responsibilities
Maintain streaming systems to maximize performance.Create tools and data pipelines to achieve a massive world with minimal performance impact.Design and implement optimal streaming solutions for the game experience.Develop workflows to enable art and design teams to bring Cyberpunk 2 to life.Qualifications
10+ years of industry experience.Fluent C++.Professional knowledge of Unreal Engine (preferably a shipped title with UE technology).Strong knowledge of data structures and streaming workflows.Strong multithreaded programming experience.Experience with low‑level profiling and optimization.Excellent communication, ownership, and dedication.Proactive attitude to help the team get work done faster and more efficiently.Nice to Have
Shipped at least one Unreal‑based project for Xbox or PlayStation consoles.Working Mode
Office‑First – primarily from Warsaw, Wrocław, or Kraków Dev Offices for a minimum of 10 days per month.Remote‑First – possibility of working from within Europe for selected candidates.Relocation Support
