Responsibilities :
Onboard users and manage accounts / permissions
Provide first-line helpdesk support and escalate issues
Maintain documentation and knowledge base
Monitor app performance and report incidents
Deliver user training and onboarding materials
Support cybersecurity best practices
Requirements :
3+ years helpdesk / user support experience
Familiarity with Jira, GitLab, ServiceNow, Confluence
Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Splunk)
Strong communication and documentation skills
Fluent English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
