Promise Group is a leading Microsoft partner in CEE region, offering a wide range of products and services for clients from various economic sectors, including finance, telecommunications, media, energy, manufacturing, trade, services, public administration, education, and healthcare. The company has been operating since 1991 and, since 1996, has been the largest provider of Microsoft solutions in Poland. Promise Group specializes in software licensing optimization, IT systems design, implementation, maintenance, and business application development.

We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Account Manager!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Actively acquire new clients and expand the portfolio of products and services among existing clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term, sustainable relationships with clients and analyze their needs.
  • Execute established sales plans in accordance with the company’s strategy.
  • Manage the process of negotiating and renegotiating contracts.
  • Prepare presentations and offers.
  • Actively create interest in technology solutions and analyze market trends.

Our Requirements :

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in selling complex IT solutions to business customers;
  • Substantive knowledge in the area of sales of Microsoft services, especially in Data and Azure
  • Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques and sales processes;
  • Ease of establishing relationships and communication skills;
  • Knowledge of English, minimum B2;
  • Proficiency in Polish, C1 / C2 level, fluent in both spoken and written.
