Job description
Your responsibilities
Efficiently manages orders
Manages relationships with clients and with the sales force
Generates and updates clients statements
Manages promotional agreements entered with clients
Reports any variances in sales strategy implementation
Detects any possible process critical areas
Promotes Company Principles and Values
Our requirements
Native or fluent English (C1)
experience in the areas of customer services support, preferably within FMCG, retail will be an asset
Accounting principles good knowledge
General computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office
SAP familiarity will be considered as strong asset
Communication skills and readiness to work in cross international environment
