Job description

Your responsibilities

  • Efficiently manages orders
  • Manages relationships with clients and with the sales force
  • Generates and updates clients statements
  • Manages promotional agreements entered with clients
  • Reports any variances in sales strategy implementation
  • Detects any possible process critical areas
  • Promotes Company Principles and Values

Our requirements

  • Native or fluent English (C1)
  • experience in the areas of customer services support, preferably within FMCG, retail will be an asset
  • Accounting principles good knowledge
  • General computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office
  • SAP familiarity will be considered as strong asset
  • Communication skills and readiness to work in cross international environment
