Specialized has an opening for a Bicycle Mechanic to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. You have a passion for bikes and a broad technical background with bikes and love providing excellent service to our riders.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • You enjoy meeting and making a connection with riders and helping to repair their bikes
  • You love all things technical about bikes
  • You assist with bike sales with technical consulting, and any other sales floor duties as needed
  • A clean workshop is important to you and you enjoy learning about new technology and products
  • You enjoy using systems such as Hubtiger and are proficient with computers

YOU WILL BE RESPOSIBLE FOR

  • Preparation of orders for the customer for completed service work
  • Signaling the need for service parts, spare parts and tools
  • Taking care of the completeness and technical condition of the tools
  • Specialized Delivery : assembly, preparation, final check of the bicycles and delivery in branded Specialized company car directly to the address of the end customer
  • Maintaining the workplace in good order and organization
  • Receipt of warranty claims
  • Service and maintenance of bicycles reported on the warranty claims

    • SOME THINGS THAT WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE

  • You have 2+ years’ experience as a Bicycle Mechanic
  • You are a self starter and thrive on meeting deadlines and you like working in a fast paced environment
  • You are able to work to a roster which includes Saturday’s
  • You love to interact with riders
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel and Outlook
  • You are able to lift at least 25kg or more and use proper lifting skills
