The Contact Center team is looking for a hardworking DevOps engineer to help take Zendesk products to the next level in terms of functionality and integrations. You’ll be joining a team that works on our Voice products. Voice is a complex real-time application that needs to be robust, scalable and maintainable. You’ll have the passion, patience and determination to deliver high quality software to meet our customers needs. Does this sound like you?

What you’ll do

Building and monitoring our scalable, high-performance infrastructure solutions on AWS.

Collaborate with other teams to support product development through cloud architecture and infrastructure.

Build, monitor, and improve our CI / CD pipelines.

Drive security and compliance initiatives across the engineering organisation.

Constantly drive improvement in Local Measure infrastructure through reliability, performance and cost-optimisation.

Support remediation of production incidents and put learnings into practice for continual improvement.

Help foster a continuous learning culture by driving ideas and experience within the entire team.

What you bring

5+ years of professional devops experience specifically with AWS

Practical knowledge of the AWS Well-Architected Framework

Experience deploying infrastructure-as-code specifically with Cloudformation

Ability to drive devops and infrastructure initiatives

Experience supporting and debugging production systems with critical SLA's

Hands-on experience with CI / CD pipelines

Strong systems architecture

Experience in Ruby or Go

Excellent communication skills

Strong problem solving skills

AWS Associate, Professional or Specialty Certifications highly considered

Tech Stack & Tools

AWS services we use include : Amazon Connect, CloudFormation, Lambda, CloudWatch, SNS, Kinesis, EventBridge, Elasticache, S3, CloudFront, Organization, Control Tower, KMS, Secret Manager, EKS, ECR, DynamoDB, VPC, API Gateway, Cognito

We communicate over Slack and use Zoom for meetings etc. Google Docs, JIRA, Confluence are our most used collaboration tools.

The Poland annualized base salary range for this position is zł235,000.00-zł353,000.00. Please note that while the salary range represents the minimum and maximum base salary rate for this position, the actual compensation offered will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives that will be communicated during the offer stage.

Hybrid : In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
