Responsibilities
- Translate client’s strategic objectives into executable technical programs, balancing scope, schedule, and quality.
- Partner with engineering leads, architects, and clients to design scalable technical solutions.
- Manage cross-team dependencies and risks, and ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.
- Evaluate and communicate trade-offs between delivering quick iterations and maintaining long-term architectural integrity.
- Use SDLC understanding to plan and oversee the entire lifecycle of features and systems—from conception to retirement.
- Read and interpret basic code constructs and design documents to estimate technical effort and complexity.
Qualifications
Must have3+ years of experience in product management, or software delivery leadership.Strong grasp of project management methodologies.Demonstrated ability to plan, track, and deliver technical initiatives.Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) — feature design, estimation, release, and maintenance.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and organizational abilities; proficient with Jira, Confluence, Excel.Proven experience working with both FE and BE.Practical usage of BA techniques.Experience implementing moderately complex enterprise systems with multiple dependencies.Demonstrated experience with end-to-end systems and architectural design to support top-tier large enterprise-level.Nice to haveBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Ability to read and understand basic technical documentation to estimate effort and complexity.#J-18808-Ljbffr
