About the project
Join our M365 Cloud Collaboration Team! As an M365 Cloud Collaboration Engineer, you will focus on M365 Apps, with an emphasis on communication tools, supporting almost 6,000 users across 50 countries.
Your responsibilities
3rd Level Support for MS Teams and other M365 Apps and services (Loop, Bookings, Forms, Teams Premium, etc.)Technical rollout of new M365 apps, Teams-integrated apps, and servicesMonitoring M365 Apps with a focus on MS TeamsCreating and maintaining technical documentation (runbooks)Managing stakeholdersImplementing security and governance requirementsEnsuring technical backup and recovery processesConducting brief trainings for business usersEnhancing our M365 communication and collaboration environmentOur requirements
Experience as an MS Teams administrator or eagerness to grow in M365 Cloud CollaborationKnowledge of Copilot, MS Viva; Exchange Online experience is a plusStrong customer focus and excellent communication skillsHigh service orientation and ability to understand customer needsProficiency in PolishVery good knowledge of written and spoken German and / or English (both are a plus)What we offer
