Junior OTC Credit Support Specialist (fixed-term)

Your responsibilities
- Analyzing orders placed on credit hold, liaising with Local Credit Manager to obtain authorized approval to release the order
- Perform analysis on customer’s accounts, preparing documentation for credit risk assessment
- Submitting credit requests in dedicated credit tool, reports generation
- Providing answers to business units related to credit management processes

Education : Finance and Accounting or any relatedPreferred Career Experience : working experience in finance and accounting activities (Desirable in area of Account Receivable / Collection / Credit management)Very good command of EnglishWorking knowledge of MS Office, very good excel skillsDesirable SAP knowledgeProblem solving oriented, strong drive for continuous improvement, planning and organizing skills, communicative, team playerAnalytical skillsOptional

This is a full time role to monitor and control held order tasks and credit limit activities. It requires strict deadlines in terms of held orders process and managing credit limit requests.
