Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of IT professionals, ensuring effective performance management and career development.
• Monitor, improve, and maintain productivity, efficiency, and work quality within the chapter.
• Align team capacity with business needs in collaboration with Product Owners.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer, training, mentoring, and professional coaching within the team.
• Ensure occupational safety, compliance with regulations, and adherence to corporate policies.
• Manage workforce planning, deputies, escalations, and issue resolution processes.
• Implement change management processes and ensure smooth internal communication.
• Take ownership of operational tasks, including application configuration, maintenance, software deployment, job scheduling, batch processing, and integration with delivery systems.
• Support production and testing environments
• Optimize IT processes considering accessibility, software ergonomics, and inclusion initiatives.

Kogo poszukujemy?

Requirements :

Completed technical or scientific university degree, or equivalent professional qualification.

Proven experience as a leader in an IT operations environment.

Strong knowledge of operating systems such as Linux, Solaris, and Windows.

Familiarity with middleware software (e.g., Tomcat, VMware, UC4), databases (Oracle, MS SQL, Hadoop), connectivity solutions (MQ, Connect Direct), and monitoring tools (e.g., Tivoli).

Experience with scripting languages, SQL, and workflow automation.

Subject‑matter expertise in areas such as AML / CTF or sanctions is a plus.

Agile mindset and enthusiasm for agile collaboration; experience with Jira or Confluence is a plus.
