The Team Assistants at PwC Poland connects over 10 specialists. Our primary tasks include administrative support to Managers and Senior Managers and active participation in the life of the company. Within the Assist team, we are supportive of each other and share knowledge and experience, and care about constructive feedback. The international environment and continuous business development allow joining additional interesting projects and gaining new competencies.

We are looking for : Team Assistant

Your future role :

• Meetings coordination : time booking, booking conf rooms, drafting agenda,
• Monitoring timeliness of recurring actions : sending reminders, maintaining trackers,
• Supporting process and documentation related to hiring Contractors and Vendors : e.g. updating Salesforce,
• Supporting the spot bonus process,
• Supporting the process of PO creation,
• Reviewing the presentations (spell-check / simple updates).
