    • 3-5 years of experience in B2B account management, consulting, or customer success
    • Understanding of different Industries and markets
    • A Master's degree in Business or a related field
    • Proficiency in English
    • Strong understanding of the professional services market in the Nordics and Europe, ideally with prior experience in a research company
    • A proven track record of managing and expanding enterprise accounts
    • Strong ability to navigate complex client organizations and engage with senior stakeholders
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset
