Assistant Manager / Manager ​- Personal Tax Compliance CoE - Global Mobility Services (KDN)

Your responsibilities

  • as a part of a small team, lead communications with each Member Firm on the yearly update process
  • review updates made by countries from a tax technical perspective and client experience perspective, communicate feedback and approve or ask for changes
  • create project plans and timelines for each country to complete updates, review and release Tax Questionnaires, and manage the completion of deliverables
  • become our internal expert in using the technology tools for tracking updates
  • spot test updates in system and coordinate QA testing and approval for release
  • coordinate other aspects of work like facilitating translation updates, and troubleshooting and working with developers to resolve application issues

  • 40% Personal Income Tax technical work

  • Our requirements

  • global mobility tax experience and personal tax compliance knowledge and willingness to become a subject matter expert
  • strong analytical skills and attention to details to manage the complex update and review process
  • outstanding project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and prioritize tasks effectively
  • ability to collaborate across teams, building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and confidently to diverse audiences
  • understanding of how decisions are made within a federated firm structure and experience in overcoming internal obstacles
  • experience in identifying process inefficiencies driving continuous improvements
