Your responsibilities
- as a part of a small team, lead communications with each Member Firm on the yearly update process
- review updates made by countries from a tax technical perspective and client experience perspective, communicate feedback and approve or ask for changes
- create project plans and timelines for each country to complete updates, review and release Tax Questionnaires, and manage the completion of deliverables
- become our internal expert in using the technology tools for tracking updates
- spot test updates in system and coordinate QA testing and approval for release
- coordinate other aspects of work like facilitating translation updates, and troubleshooting and working with developers to resolve application issues
