Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gdańsk for a Technical Sales Engineer. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting sales engineering tasks, and driving technical sales. Daily tasks include working closely with the entire team to identify and understand customer needs, delivering product demonstrations, and offering technical expertise during the sales process. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

• Excellent Communication skills
• Proven Sales experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the yacht or marine industry is a plus
