What you will do :

• Building high-quality mobile apps based on business requirements, delivered on time and to standard
• Working in agile, cross-functional teams using modern tech stacks, with a full-stack mindset and fast learning curve
• Writing efficient, clean code that meets business goals and non-functional needs
• Setting and maintaining quality standards, including unit testing and CI / CD pipelines
• Managing technical debt while ensuring scalable and cost-effective solutions
• Reviewing and improving code, architecture, and documentation to support continuous improvement
• Driving test automation strategies and contributing to development best practices
• Collaborating closely with team members and stakeholders, providing technical guidance and clear communication
• Supporting the full development lifecycle—from planning and estimation to delivery and release

Kogo poszukujemy?

Skills :

7+ years of experience in building and maintaining complex iOS apps at scale

Expert in Swift and Objective-C, strong grasp of iOS architecture (MVVM, MVC, UDF, Redux)

Deep knowledge of Apple HIG, performance, security and accessibility best practices

Skilled with Xcode / AppCode, CI / CD, code signing, build amp; distribution workflows

Hands-on with unit / UI testing tools (XCTest, Specta, OCMock, Appium) and code coverage strategies

Proficient in RESTful API integration, concurrency, client-side data handling

Experience with Cocoapods, SPM and integrating third-party SDKs (video, security, financial)

Familiar with mobile security standards (e.g. OWASP Mobile Top 10, SAST / MAST tools)

Strong background in architecture, performance tuning and scalable engineering practices

Up-to-date with mobile trends, actively mentors developers and contributes to platform libraries
