Required Skills and Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Workday Consultant

Strong knowledge of Workday modules including Reorg, Security, Integration, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment & Onboarding, Learning, and Core

Excellent documentation and communication skills

Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Relevant Workday certifications are a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience in the energy sector is advantageous
