Shiji Group  provides software solutions and services for the hospitality, food service, retail and entertainment industries, ranging from hotel management solutions, to food and beverage and retail systems, payment gateways, data management, online distribution and more.

Stellaris Digital Systems builds guest facing products to improve the digital guest experience and increase revenue. Providing the industry with innovative technology to analyse guest experience feedback, improve communications, manage requests and a lot more. Combines two scopes :  digital dining solution to help hoteliers drive F&B revenue and improve guest experience for hotels of any size and the mobile-first check-in, checkout, and pay solution designed to reduce wait and improve guest experience for hotels of any size.

How We Work :

  • Employees up to 50 km from the office (Katowice) : 4 times a month
  • Employees from 50 to 100 km from the office : 2 times a month
  • Employees over 100 km : fully remote work

    Minimum 3-year experience in similar position and minimum 5 years of experience in IT industry

  • Good experience with AWS (EC2, RDS, ELB, S3, IAM, Lambda, CloudWatch)
  • Experience with Kubernetes / AWS ECS and Docker
  • Experience with CI / CD tools
  • Experience in implementing IaC using Terraform
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required
  • Proactive attitude and continuous improvement

    • Nice to have :

  • Experience with HA systems
  • Experience with AWS networking and security
  • Experience with shell scripting (e.g. bash)
  • Experience with Linux server administration
  • Understanding of relational databases (tools and monitoring)
