Junior German Customer Support Specialist

Your responsibilities

  • Providing effective and professional customer support in German
  • Assist with ad hoc queries, handling telephone, email and chat requests from German speaking clients
  • Solving problems related to the financial transactions and back office operations
  • Providing support for other departments
  • Maintaining high quality of customer service (ensuring clients always receive good feedback)

Our requirements

  • Fluent German (minimum C1 level) and very good English (B2 level)
  • High customer service orientation and communicative skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Proactive and positive attitude
  • Ability to perform well in a dynamic, fast paced and entrepreneurial environment
  • Optional

  • Experience in Customer Service will be a strong asset
