Your role

In this role, you will play a critical part in promoting LEO’s biologic products, delivering a strong value proposition to customers, and achieving sales performance in your assigned territory.

As a Key Account Manager, you will :

  • Build strong business relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), key opinion leaders (KOLs), and nurses within the assigned area.
  • Maintain credible partnerships with stakeholders and decision-makers at the hospital level, including hospital management, hospital pharmacy, and therapeutic committees.
  • Ensure product presence in assigned centers, including hospital formularies and hospital pharmacies.
  • Use clinical data effectively to explain the benefits of LEO products.
  • Prepare and implement customer plans based on the best available knowledge and intelligence.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on LEO’s biologic products.
  • Utilize clinical and economic data to demonstrate product value and cost-effectiveness.

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications :

University degree with experience in hospital pharmaceutical sales.

  • Proven experience in the biologic market.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Strong knowledge of the biologic market and drug programs.
  • Advanced selling skills and good territory management.
  • Basic understanding of pharmacoeconomic principles.
  • Focus on achieving sales targets and delivering outcomes.
  • Strong focus on customer relationships and customer-centric solutions.
