In this role, you will be responsible for managing the transportation and logistics of shipments efficiently, ensuring timely delivery while minimizing costs. You will liaise with suppliers, carriers, and customers to deliver exceptional service and streamline the logistics process. Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and manage the movement of goods from origin to destination, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and ensure cost-effective solutions for clients.
• Create and maintain shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and invoices.
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide updates on shipment status.
• Resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process, including delays or damages.
• Monitor market trends in freight forwarding and logistics to provide strategic insights.
• Collaborate with operations and sales teams to improve overall efficiency.
