Recruitment for
Join our international Meetings & Events team and support regional operations through systems and tools that ensure the successful execution of internal and external meetings. This role involves hands-on support with Cvent modules, user training, and process testing to maintain business continuity. Your responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for users of the Cvent system, including troubleshooting, query handling, and technical guidance.
- Deliver first-line assistance and basic training on key business processes and tools (e.g. registration forms, approval workflows, budget and sourcing templates).
- Participate in system testing to ensure stable business operations following new implementations or changes.
- Support the implementation of temporary solutions for issues not resolved by official system releases.
- Assist with internal team projects and initiatives.
- Continuously develop understanding of end-to-end Meetings & Events processes, tools, and organizational context.
Employer requirements
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, marketing, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in a business support function.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across teams.Creative and solution-oriented mindset.Optional
