Your responsibilities

In the dynamic and ever-evolving field of technology, the role of an Applications Architect stands out as one of paramount importance. Within the BD&T (Business Digitalization & Technology) Group department and reporting to the Head of Applications and Data Management, you will be responsible for designing robust, scalable, and efficient software solutions that align with organizational goals and user needs.

What are you going to do?

  • Design and implement robust software architectures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and systems. Coordinate demand management

process from run services perspective.

  • Ensure scalability, security, and performance of applications.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to external development teams.
  • Develop technical documentation and architectural guidelines.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Conduct risk assessment and mitigation planning.
  • Support cross-functional teams and define the right process for RFC (Request for Changes).
  • Propose a long-term strategy for applications and search for service cost-effectiveness.

    • Our requirements

  • Min. 7 years of experience in IT department with international exposure.
  • Min. 3 years of experience as Applications Architect.
  • Master Degree (Management, Computer Science).
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Apps (ERP & HCM), IBM Tririga (or other real estate management software), Corporate Performance Management Systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication skills.
  • Proven experience in software architecture and design.
  • Ability to deal with complex IT / Business organizational structures, in multi-located and multi-cultural environment.
  • Having very good command in English (min. C1), knowledge of French is an advantage.
