We are currently looking for a Scrum Master  to join Our Client project team in order to provide services in the full life-span of software production, such as :   analysis and development of functional specifications, data analysis in source systems, defining business requirements, design, development, post-implementation maintenance of IT systems dedicated to support modern business processes, support in UAT end user tests.

Remuneration depends on the level of experience in the position, as well as the outcome of the recruitment process.

Mid 70-120 PLN / per hour + vat (B2B)

Senior 120-160 PLN / per hour + vat (B2B)

Role

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to organize and define Sprints and Sprint goals, allocate time and oversee timetable of meetings
• Provide accurate and on time reporting (estimating capacity, Sprint planning, Sprint closing etc.)
• Capture agreed action items and run meeting minutes to provide precise update
• Analyse the sprint progress and monitor remaining work to achieve the Sprint Goal, provide updates to all project team members and notify all the stakeholders of any priority changes
• Support product owner and Technology development teams to define their Sprint goals and prioritize their backlog in line with agreed release plan
• Work on internal initiatives developing new value propositions for our Clients
• Coach junior staff
• Promote Lean-Agile mindset within the organization.
