IT Security Team Lead

We are looking for a dedicated Team Lead IT Security to guide our IT Security Team, ensuring they understand team goals and requirements and maintain effective and consistent quality of service. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership, technical, and communication skills who can effectively manage team dynamics, optimize security strategies, and collaborate with stakeholders to support business growth. Proficiency in German at a B1-B2 level is required.

How you will create an impact :
Organizing the work of the IT security team by monitoring available resources, creating and maintaining work schedules (e.g. on-call service for daily operations).Ensuring that the IT Security Team knows and understands team goals and requirements.Ensuring that the quality of service remains effective and consistent.Monitoring the effectiveness of IT Security processes; ensuring that documentation of said processes is in place and up to date.Ensuring that the team stays engaged and motivated.Providing relevant feedback to each team member in monthly meetings.Defining goals for personal development (expertise or soft skills).Identifying relevant training together with each team member, taking into account the IT Security group’s strategy.Monitoring vendor performance and serve as an escalation point.Your profile :
Corporate background in a global environment, with an international team.3 to 5 years of practical experience in managing an IT Security team.Experience in at least 2 of the various areas of IT Security (Cloud Security, Email Security, Endpoint Security, Identity and Access Management, Network Security, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Management, Security Awareness, Security Operations).Advanced proficiency in German (B1 or higher).Fluent in English.Solid time management and organizational skills to integrate into a global workflow.Strong initiative and self-starter.Certifications such as CISSP and CISM are a plus.
