Application Manager

What You Will Do

• Windows Server Management : Oversee the full lifecycle of Windows Servers including installation, patching, updates, and decommissioning
• On-Premise & SaaS Systems Administration : Manage the health and performance of on-premise applications and SaaS platforms, ensuring high availability and alignment with business needs
• IT Documentation : Create and maintain up-to-date system documentation, including security documentation, authorization concepts, and operational procedures
• Stakeholder Support : Act as a point of contact for key business stakeholders, ensuring IT systems meet operational and strategic requirements
• Vendor Management : Link up with software and service vendors for issue resolution, service optimization
• Security & Compliance : Support compliance efforts by applying security patches, maintaining secure configurations, and implementing best practices in accordance with internal and external standards
• Incident & Problem Management : Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate resolutions, and implement improvements to prevent recurrence
