Your Team

You will be part of a global engineering organization with team members in Europe, North America, and Asia. You will be working with engineers : HW Engineers, SW Engineers, ME Engineers, V&V Engineers, and Project Managers.

Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Deep understanding of Agile principles and practices, with a strong knowledge of the Scrum framework and other Agile frameworks such as Kanban or Lean.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in facilitating team meetings, including daily Scrum, Sprint planning, Sprint reviews, and Sprint retrospectives, as well as creating and maintaining Agile artifacts such as the product backlog and Sprint backlog.
